Are you a Goal Getter? Do you often set big and small goals for yourself? Do you ever struggle with knowing how to achieve those goals? Setting goals gives us long-term vision and short-term motivation. It allows you to organize your time and your resources so that you can make the most of your life. But sometimes life happens and those goals get pushed to the side. This session will help you become laser focused on your goals and you will walk away with the tools needed to achieve them.

Purpose

To learn how to not only set goals, but how to achieve them. Learn how to break your goals down into smaller tasks and habit changes that make achieving your goals more realistic.
